Excellent service, they came out next day after my call about leaking gutters and the job was completed quickly and efficiently. All mess cleaned up and rubbish removed, new gutters fully functional unlike the old. Highly recommend this business.

I noticed a leak in the corner of my bathroom during a recent storm. Not knowing any reputable roofers, I searched online and found positive reviews about 1st Call Roofing on Yell.com so gave them a call and arranged for them to pop around. After inspecting inside and outside Rob determined the cause of the leak was deterioration of original roofing felt. He recommended to replace the roofing felt and battens, install eves support trays and replace any cracked tiles. We agreed on a price on the Friday and work began the following Monday. Rob and the guys were happy to answer any questions I had and reassured me about work being carried out. By Thursday the work had been completed, waste materials were taken away, the roof was swept down, facias cleaned, and the scaffolding came down the next day. I found Rob and his team to be friendly, hardworking and although its early days for my repair from what I have seen so far, I'd have no hesitation in using 1st Call Roofing for future work.

We needed a set of ridge tiles and a few odd roof tiles replacing along with 2 redundant chimney stacks removing. We had comprehensive and honest advice regarding the work we needed and were steered away from additional unnecessary (and much more expensive) work and had a competitive quote. We needed the work to be done quickly and it was...the scaffold was up 2 days later and the work promptly done with scaffold removed 2 days after the work was compete. The team were friendly and courteous whilst working and happy to be asked questions along the way. I have already recommended to friends and neighbours who need roofing work completed.

The service we had from 1st Call was exemplary. We had repeated work done by another local firm to (unsuccessfully) repair a leak on our roof. Rob came out the same day as our call, made a thorough inspection and showed us the problems (some caused by the previous roofers) before suggesting repairs. The repairs were done within a day and we have no further leaks. We would not hesitate to contact 1st Call again if needed and would recommend them to others.

Called Rob from 1st call and he turned up very quickly, gave me an honest assessment of what needs doing, no BS extra's. Repair was done next day by his team who also cleaned out the gutters to help flow (very professional).

Very happy with work, i called them back a week later to fix another issue on the back of the house. Not the most expensive or the cheapest, but certainly worth it if you want the work correctly with a quality finish.
